Detectives Looking For Person Of Interest In Murder

Yakima County Sheriff’s Office detectives continue to investigate the murder of Norma Emmerson. Her body was found last Thursday on Sage Trail Road in East Selah. She died of multiple gunshots to the head. Detectives are looking for a person of interest in the case. 33 year old Raven Cutler. She is described as a Caucasian female and is about 5 ft 8 in tall and weighing about 200 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.  She also has tattoos on her face and neck. They say she may be attempting to alter her identity by walking with a cane and using the wig of an older person when she is out in the community.  She is believed to still be in the Yakima area.  Raven Cutler is generally homeless and spends much of her time in the downtown Yakima area.
