Crash On Yakima Reservation Takes Life Of 9 Year Old.

A 9-year-old boy died Saturday in a car crash in the Yakama Indian reservation. Lo-Quish Martinez Sam died after the boy's mother, 40-year-old Lisa Sam, of White Swan, lost control and ran off of a gravel road and rolled down an embankment. Their vehicle was found 50 feet off the road. The boy was pronounced dead at the scene, and the mother was transported to a yakima hospital. Washington State Patrol Troopers say the crash happened at about 9:30 Saturday morning on Mount Adams Lake Road.
