County Sheriffs Search For Shooting Supects

Detectives with the county sheriff’s office searched for a suspect but made no arrests over the weekend in the county latest homicide…36 year old Audelino Mendez was shot at a home near Wapato last Thursday…today his killer or killers remain free….. Mendez was shot in the abdoman…he died in surgery at a Yakima hospital…no other details about the crime have been released…but detectives say they have some strong leads they’re following today.
