Chinook Pass Re-Opens To Drivers At Noon Thursday

After being closed since August 15 State Route 410 is expected to re-open to drivers at noon Thursday. The roadway closed to allow firefighters to work in the area to battle the flames of the Norse Peak Fire. The Route has been closed from the junction of State Route 123 to the Bumping River Road.

State officials urge drivers to be careful as fire crews will be monitoring areas along the SR 410 corridor into the weekend.
