Check Out Mars At The Library Thursday Night

With the popularity of the movie The Martian the West Valley Community Library is inviting everyone to a special event tonight. The Yakima Valley Libraries Resources Manager Charlotte Hinderliter says the presentation is called 'Exploring Mars.' "We have Jim White from Friends of the Goldendale Observatory and he's bringing a telescope so we can look at Mars." The event is set for tonight from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 pm. at the West Valley Community Library and it's free.
