PHILADELPHIA (AP) — Looks like Bill Cosby is getting lawyered up. An attorney in Philadelphia says the veteran comedian wants to hire a criminal defense lawyer. Edwin Jacobs says he was approached by Cosby's agents — but he referred them to another Philadelphia-area lawyer. Prosecutors are taking a new look at a 2005 sexual assault case filed by ex-Temple University employee Andrea Constand. Back then, the DA found there wasn't enough evidence to charge Cosby. But since then dozens of women have claimed Cosby drugged and molested them. The Montgomery County DA won't confirm her office is reinvestigating the case. But she says prosecutors should consider whether new information might lead to a different decision on filing charges.
