Arrest Made In Drug Related Shooting

Yakima Police have arrested a 39 year old man on an assault charge after they say he shot a 29 year old man during a drug transaction on Tuesday in the 15 hundred block of South 7th Avenue. Yesterday Yakima Police arrested the suspect at a Yakima home. Police say say the suspect became angry with the victim when the suspect believed the victim had stolen his money and not provided the requested drugs.
