Annual Veterans Day Events Planned For Yakima

It's time to honor Veterans. Tomorrow is Veterans Day 2011 and you're invited to line Yakima Avenue for the annual Veterans Day Parade that starts at 10:45 at Naches Avenue. Breakfast is being served at the newly rebuilt VFW on South 5th Avenue beginning at 8 tomorrow morning. After the parade a special ceremony will be held at the Korean-Vietnam Memorial at Sg. Hubbard Park. It's set for 1 tomorrow afternoon. And from 10 to 3pm tomorrow vets can enjoy coffee and cookies at McAllister Museum of Aviation on South 16th Avenue.
