Additional Charges Against Yakima Doctor

KNDO

Yakima police continue to investigate a local doctor accused of second degree rape. Dr. Fady Sabry is being held in the Yakima County Jail.

Capt. Rod Light says they expect additional victims are coming forward. “They’re providing us information about incidents that happened to them.”

The 65-year-old Sabry faces second degree rape charges following his arrest this past Tuesday. But Light says two additional victims who were employees of the clinic where the doctor worked have come forward saying they were raped or molested by the doctor.

Light is urging anyone with additional information or who might have been a victim to contact the Yakima Police Department.

The doctor worked at Central Washington Internal Medicine of Yakima.
