Accomplice To Teacher Aide Murder In Court

21 year old Ivan Izazaga was in court Wednesday facing charges as an accomplice to the June 12th murder of 24 year old teachers aide Yecenia Guerrero. Izazaga was arrested last Friday at a home in the Selah area. Prosecutors say Izazaga and another man were in a dispute and Izazaga was mistaken when he mistook Guerrero's car for the man he was fueding with. Guerrero died from a shot fired into her car. A shot police say was fired by 21 year old Lucio Rivera. Police are still searching for Rivera who they believe has left the area.
