Wapato Police are getting little cooperation from victims and witnesses of a gang-related shooting in Wapato.  19-year-old Abel Valazquez was shot and killed and two others were shot and injured outside a home in the 4500 block of North Track Road  just before midnight Sunday,  A 17-year-old boy, whose name has not been released because he is a juvenile and 26-year-old Marlowe Olney were treated and released from a local hospital. Wapato Police say Olney was also the victim of a February shooting at the Crossroads Market just down the street from the home where Sunday night’s incident took place.  Wapato police say the shooting was outside a home known for gang activity.
