Yakima City Manager Dick Zais will officially say goodbye and retire from office today. After 32 years as the man in charge of the funds and daily operations in the city of Yakima. He's not leaving without warning that next year's budget without him will be a challenge to say the least. That after a very tough year this past season when the budget was some 2 million dollars in the hole. Mayor Micah Cawley says they're now looking at a short list of applicants to replace Zais.
