You Believe in Bigfoot? Join Other Believers in Yakima Next Month
Do you believe in Bigfoot? Sasquatch? If you answer yes you're not alone. Plenty of Bigfoot fans live in Yakima and around the Pacific Northwest and a bunch of those people will gather in Yakima next month including Bob Gimlin of the Gimlin-Patterson film legend.
The Townhall Gabfest is set for November 6
The event, called a Townhall Gabfest will be held November 6, from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm at Schab's Beir Den at 22 North 2nd Street, suite 100 in Yakima.
Titled "What's been Squatchin" the gabfest will give anyone a chance to talk about experiences they've had with experts on Bigfoot. You'll have a chance to hear from people like Bob Gimlin of the famous Gimlin-Patterson film legend. The film was taken in 1967 in Northern California. Roger Patterson died in 1972 and maintained to the end that the creature in the film was real. Gimlin agrees and denies allegations that the film was a hoax.
Plenty of people who have stories and will listen to yours
The gabfest in Yakima will also feature Mel Skahan, a member of the Yakama Nation and Bigfoot researcher. Plus you'll hear from a host of other researchers and people who claim they have encounters with the Elusive being. If you have pictures, evidence like footprint castings and stories you're encouraged to attend and show off those items.
