Yakima Man Hit By Bus Dies At Local Hospital

A 48 year old Yakima man riding his bike was killed Monday morning after police say for some unknown reason he turned in front of a Yakima Transit bus. It happened at about 9:15 yesterday morning near 12th Avenue and Washington. Police say Antonio Castillo died at a Yakima hospital. They say he was riding his bike on the sidewalk and then suddenly turned into the road and in front of the bus. Police say the bus driver was not at fault in the accident.
