Yakima-Area Farmers Markets Open for the Year

Did you start your Mother's Day 2019 at a Yakima-area farmers market? Both the Downtown Yakima Farmers Market and the Yakima Farmers Market in Union Gap opened Sunday. Both markets saw hundreds of people looking for fresh asparagus, and flowers and lots of arts and crafts. If you were at the Downtown Yakima Farmers Market you had a chance to fill out a survey that'll be used to help serve you better in the future.

Both markets are now open every Sunday through the end of October.
