The clock is now ticking for Yakima County Prosecutor Jim Hagerty to decide, within the next 30 days whether to seek the death penalty in the case against a 28 year old man arrested for last months' triple homicide in the Falcon Ridge Development. As the suspect Kevin Harper sits in the Yakima County jail detectives with the County Sheriff's Office and the State Crime Lab continue to build a case against him. Harper has been charged with three counts of aggravated murder for the February deaths of Bill, Pauline and Elizabeth Goggin. Prosecutor Hagerty says he is considering the death penalty in the case. Authorities say the motive was robbery.

A Memorial Mass is being held for Bill and Pauline Goggin at Holy Family Church in Yakima today.
