Yakima County Foreclosures Are Down

Yakima County foreclosures are down 34-percent during 2011. The total number of filings last year are at the lowest level since 2006.  That’s before the mortgage meltdown. according to the website realty trac During the year, one in every 194 homes in Yakima County went into some stage of foreclosure.  Overall, Yakima came in 21 in the state for foreclosures out of the state’s 39 counties.
