In with the new and back in with the incumbent (not “old”).    Yakima County’s two commissioner races saw District #1 incumbent Mike Leita  easily win re-election with 57.4% of the vote over his challenger Eric Geary with 41.2% .   In District #2 incumbent Kevin Bouchey decided to step down which opened the race to Debra Manjarrez and Ron Anderson.  Anderson has a comfortable lead at 53.8% to Manjarrez’s 41.2 %.
