The Yakima City Council met Tuesday night but the council didn't get much done. In fact the council made no major decisions on three agenda items. The council postponed action on the enhanced dangerous dogs ordinance and the Yakima Rotary Aquatics Center planned for Chesterley Park. The council did make a tie vote on an ordinance to move the Yakima Central Plaza forward an issue that the council will talk about again at the next meeting. The council postponed action on the items because of the absence of council member Brad Hill. The Yakima Central Plaza ordinance along with the others will be brought back for the May 1 meeting.
