Yakima Chief Finalist For Topeka Kansas Chief Job

Yakima Police Chief Dominic Rizzi is on the move again. Rizzi is one of the top three finalists for a police Chief job in Topeka Kansas. Rizzi has been in Yakima since 2012 but has tried to leave the area several times for a new job. In fact in 2016 Rizzi was a finalist for Chief of the Spokane Police Department. At that time he said he wasn't going to look for further jobs and would retire in Washington State.
Rizzi is set to go through a series of interviews for the new job Thursday and Friday. No word on when the new chief for Topeka Kansas job will be announced.
