Frustrated by what they say is the Yakima City Council's lack of professionalism, lack of cohesiveness, inconsistent problem solving and not representing the majority of residents, the Yakima Chamber of Commerce delivered a letter to the council and then appeared on the Morning News to talk with Lance and Dave about their concerns.
