If you have a bump stock and want to make some money, the Washington State Patrol has started the rifle component buy-back program. Trooper Chris Thorson says the program will be in the Yakima area March 24 and 25 at the patrol offices in Union Gap.
Each person who brings in a bump stock will get a voucher for $150.
Bump stocks will soon be illegal at the state and federal levels, so the state created a buy-back program. Thorson says there's a limit of five bump stocks per person.
The buy-back program is at the Washington State Patrol offices in Union Gap, 2715 Rudkin Road. The event will be held from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. March 24 and 25.
