An intense search for three young sisters reported missing in Wenatchee is over after the three girls were all found dead.

THE GIRLS WERE LAST SEEN ON MAY 30

The girls were reported missing after visiting their father on May 30. According to the Wenatchee Police Department the father, 32-year-old Travis Decker remains missing. After receiving the call about the girls police issued a missing endangered person alert for the girls ages 5, 8 and 9. That report however was cancelled on Monday after police responded to a campground on Rock Island, 18-miles west of Leavenworth that was connected to Decker and his daughters. It's not known if the bodies were found at that location at that time.

DAD NEVER RETURNED WITH THE GIRLS AND NOW HE'S MISSING

Police say Decker didn't return the girls after a visitation last Friday. Media reports say the father picked up the girls from Wenatchee to go camping on May 30 but didn't tell anyone where he was planning on staying. Even though he hasn't yet been found Decker on Monday was charged with three counts of first-degree custodial interference for not returning the kids.

THE INVESTIGATION CONTINUED ON MONDAY ON ROCK ISLAND

Investigators continued to work at Rock Island campground which was closed during the work on Monday as police refused to say exactly what they were doing. Residents in Wenatchee held a vigil on Monday at Memorial Park to show support for the girls and the ongoing investigation.  It's now possible the charges against the father could be upgraded now that the bodies have been found.
