Toys for Tots Bike Run Is This Sunday

The annual Toys for Tots Bike Run is going down this Sunday in Yakima. We will be kicking it off at the Albertsons parking lot on 16th Avenue at 1 p.m.!

Please bring a new, unwrapped toy that day -- or stop by the radio station, 4010

Summitview, and make sure Kelly West gets the toy!

Toys for Tots has been around since 1947. It was started by a Marine Reservist who had a great heart for kids.

Back then, he and his wife made stuffed dolls by hand and delivered them to needy children. In the years since, it has grown to involve the whole United States.
