You get the idea.  There is a lot of support for the value of green tea BUT if you want to get the most out relief out of the leaves, it matters how you make your tea.

Cornell University researchers say the natural antioxidants found in green tea EGCG (epigallocatechin gallate) has shown to benefit brain and heart health in a variety of studies. Their research showed levels of EGCG were "drastically reduced" in green teas brewed with tap water because levels of calcium, magnesium and iron are higher in tap water.
The conclusion is to use bottled water extract the maximum amount of EGCG most efficiently.
