Here's a question worth asking yourself - Is it ever a good idea to put your highly emotional thoughts into actual words in a text message?

So many people do, but what do relationship experts say?
Elite Daily reports that some matchmakers say doing so can sometimes lead to arguments that might not have happened if the conversation had taken place face-to-face.  "Texting in the heat of the moment can result in shooting off hurtful comments you don't really mean, and perhaps would never say face-to-face, but can't erase."
The solution is simple - If your partner, over text, makes you feel belittled, stupid, annoying, or any combination of these, then you need to stop texting and talk.
Is that even possible in the day and age of "I can't live without my phone!"
