County Prosecutor Will Rule if Killing Was Justified
Yakima County Prosecutor Jim Hagerty says he'll rule as soon as possible in the case of a Yakima Police officer who killed an attacker during a stabbing incident on South 4th Avenue early Sunday morning. Hagerty says he's now waiting on reports and evidence from the Yakima Police Department.
