Authorities from throughout the valley escorted Watkins to his home after his release at about 1:00 pm Wednesday.

Authorities are still searching for the suspects involved in the shooting in downtown Yakima before the crash.

However the hearing for Terrance Chip Ogle was postponed until next Wednesday

Peyser was first arrested in May shortly after the death but was released because of a lack of evidence. He's being held in the Yakima County jail on bail set at $100,000.

Police say it happened at about 2:00 a.m. Sunday in the 2900 block of Fifth Street. But the motive remains unclear.
