Sword Fight Follows Crash in Sunnyside

No injuries were reported but a crash in Sunnyside yesterday afternoon was followed by a sword fight. Sunnyside police say a 27 year old man intentionally crashed his pickup into another man's car at a home on South 11th Street. Authorities say the two were rivals. The 27 year old man then jumped out of his pickup with a sword...but the victim then grabbed a machete in his front yard. The two faced off but no injuries were reported. The suspect was arrested on assault charges a short time after the incident.
