Suspect Arrested In Union Gap Shooting
Union Gap Police say a 29-year-old woman was shot and another woman arrested after a shooting at a home in the 2900 block of Fifth Street early Sunday morning. Authorities were called to the home at about 2:00 a.m. Sunday. When they arrived they found the 29-year-old victim in the front yard of the home with a gunshot wound. The victim was taken to a Yakima hospital where she remained on Sunday. The suspect faces a charge of first degree assault. No names were released as the investigation continues today.
