
Yakima State Fair Park Promises ‘Biggest 4th of July Ever’ – Will You Be There?
A lot of folks are pulling out all the stops to celebrate America's 250th anniversary, including State Fair Park who just announced they're bringing the biggest, best Fourth of July event to the Fairgrounds in Yakima.

This 4th of July, Experience Something Old and Something New
Beginning at noon on Saturday, July 4, 2026, everyone in the Yakima Valley is invited to come experience the:
- Kids Zone
- Foam Pit
- Beer Garden
- Fair Food
- Live Entertainment
- Contests
- And the Largest Fireworks Show Ever at State Fair Park
As always, this community event has free admission (hey, hey, hey, that means no parking fees).
State Fair Park says this special semiquincentennial celebration will also bring a unique feature to the 4th of July event: "Moments That Made US", which is a bilingual educational display (available in Spanish and English).
"A special attraction honoring our country’s 250th anniversary, called the 'Moments That Made US', will be on display featuring educational panels that tell America’s story from the beginning." - State Fair Park
In a press release, State Fair Park CEO Kathy Kramer said, "“This free annual party is always an exciting and fun way to bring the community together...We’re happy to bring even more excitement for everyone with more entertainment, contests for youth and adults, and the biggest fireworks show we’ve ever had."
