Stagnant Air Leads to Burn Ban in Yakima

A stage two burn ban is now in effect in the Upper and Lower Valley a result of stagnant air. The Yakima Regional Clean Air Authority says the action bans all outdoor burning. It also bans the use of fireplaces and uncertified woodstoves unless it's the only source of heat.
