A longer closure scheduled for Wednesday night has been shortened by the WSDOT as well.

Several inches of snow caused a messy commute for drivers this morning on Interstate 90 over Snoqualmie Pass. The winter-like conditions have delayed crews. The blast closure scheduled for tonight is cancelled.

Although the longer closure planned for Wednesday, May 1 is shortened, the Washington State Department of Transportation and contractor crews still plan to close I-90 for an hour on Tuesday, April 30, Wednesday, May 1 and Thursday, May 2 from 7 to 8 p.m. The closure points will be from Gold Creek to the Price Creek interchange.
