Semi Truck Carrying Livestock Overturns Near Prosser

A tractor-trailer truck carrying about 40 head of cattle overturned near Prosser, Washington yesterday on Interstate 82. The Washington State Patrol says it happened when the truck veered of the right side of the roadway. The State Patrol says multiple animals had to be euthanized. The driver was identified as 44-year-old David Mosebar of Moses Lake, and he was cited for having the wheels off the roadway. Volunteers on horseback helped in herding the cattle after the wreck.
