Selah Community Days Kicks Off Thursday Night With Hobo Feed

Selah is the place to be this week during Selah Community Days. It starts at 4:30 p.m this afternoon with the traditional Hobo Feed at the Selah Civic Center and the carnival opens as well. On Friday a potato extravaganza will be held at the Civic Center from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Saturday kicks off with the Kiwanis pancake feed at the Selah Civic Center from 6:00 a.m. -10;00 a.m., followed by the Community Days parade through Selah. Then it's time for vendors, free entertainment & food will starting at Noon Saturday at Wixson Park, including fireworks at 9:30 p.m. Saturday night.  Sunday is Armed Forces Appreciation Day beginning with a veterans honoring ceremony at 12:00 p.m.
