Authorities have arrested a man who opened fire at a Tri-City grocery store Monday, killing one person and injuring another.

The shooting was reported on Monday morning

The shooting happened Monday at a Fred Meyer store in Richland. Police identified the suspect as 39-year-old Aaron Christopher Kelley. He fled the scene but Kelley is now in custody after being arrested Monday night between Sprague and Spokane on I-90.
