A man who authorities say shot a Prosser police officer has been arrested in Centralia. The U.S. Marshals Service says they arrested 19-year-old Isaiah Colley on a first-degree assault warrant. The officer was shot in the leg early Monday after he responded to a burglary at a Prosser apartment. The officer was chasing the suspect when the shooting happened. A tenant at the apartment was also injured but both the injuries were not life threatening.
Authorities also arrested a second suspect in the shooting. That person has been identified as Abdiel Vargas who was arrested in Pasco.
