Going to the movies this weekend?  I went with my daughter Kate last Saturday and was reminded that the previews to the movies always include the admonition to turn off phones, not to text, talk or record the film.  That makes common sense to me but apparently not to a lot of other folks!  Seems like cell phones and bad behavior literally go hand in hand.  But are there any universal agreements about cell phone use - or non-use?  Again, apparently not!

The Pew Research company surveyed more than three-thousand people about when, where and how cellphones should be used.

Check out the percentage of people who say it's OK to use a cell phone in these situations:

7. At church or at a worship service --four percent
6. During a meeting --five  percent
5. At a family dinner --12 percent
4. At a restaurant --38 percent
3. Waiting in line --74 percent
2. On public transportation --75 percent
1. Walking down the street --77 percent
