Now Is a Good Time to Sell Your Home in Yakima
If you're in the market to sell your home, all indicators point to a strong market for sales, according to Cory Beemis with John L. Scott Real Estate in Yakima. The total number of homes for sale has risen 23% since mid-February, with more than 420 homes currently on the market and growing. Thirty-year interest rates are below 4.5 %, so Beemis says it's a great market for both buyers and sellers. The average price of a home selling in Yakima is now $245,000. In 2018 that price was $224,000.
