Hundreds of people are being vaccinated in the community every week through fixed sites but many people are also being vaccinated by Mobile Outreach Teams. The teams are now searching for groups of 30 people or more so they can vaccinate people with an on-site visit. The teams will visit your business, church or other community group gathering. The teams are traveling throughout the valley trying to reach those who can't get to a vaccination site and also vaccinating agricultural workers in the field. You can reach the teams at 509-952-1426, or email Yakimavaccinemobileteam@gmail.com.
the Mobile Outreach Teams are also looking for individuals, or small groups (1-10) available for short notice opportunities when there are available vaccines. The teams want the small groups or individuals to be available on a short notice when they end up with unused vaccines after a site visit. Yakima Health District officials say the teams are searching for individuals or small groups that they can call with a 1-2 hour notice to get vaccinated. If you, someone you know, or a small group, would be willing to be "on-call" for a vaccine dose. Please contact Jen Norton at 509-952-1426, or email Yakimavaccinemobileteam@gmail.com. They will be called to let them know what to expect and added to the list of people to call.

Vaccinations are also available at Yakima's State Fair Park.

Mobile sites are also in operation throughout the Yakima Valley part of the Drive-Thru site at Yakima's State Fair Park. So far that site has vaccinated more than 6,000 people.
