Miss Yakima County Crowned

19 year old Reina Almon has been named the new Miss Yakima County 2012. Almon was crowned during the pageant at the Capital Theater on Sunday. Almon is a graduate of West Valley High School and is currently planning to attend Eastern Washington University this fall to work on a law degree. She plans to promote the Children's Miracle Network during the next year. Almon will go on to represent Yakima in the Miss Washington Pageant next year. The winner of the Miss Yakima County Outstanding Teen was Tamara Allard.
