A 32-year-old man is dead after being shot in the neck while a passenger in a vehicle early Monday morning. Yakima Police say the man was shot while in the vehicle in the area of 18th Street and East Nob Hill Blvd. Police aren't saying if it was a drive-by shooting.

POLICE LEARNED OF THE SHOOTING AFTER A CALL FROM THE HOSPITAL

Authorities say they were notified of the shooting at about 2:00 am Monday after the man arrived at Multicare Yakima Memorial Hospital for treatment. He was transported to the hospital in a private vehicle.He died at the hospital.

SOMEONE KNOWS SOMETHING ABOUT THE SHOOTING

ANOTHER SHOOTING REMAINS UNDER INVESTIGATION IN NACHES

It's the second homicide in the county over the last week. Yakima County Sheriff's Deputies are investigating a homicide reported near Naches on last Wednesday. Deputies were called to the 1600 block of Clemens Drive at about 2:30 pm for a report of a possible shooting.

DEPUTIES ARRESTED A 47-YEAR-OLD MAN AT THE SCENE

When they Deputies arrived the found a 75-year-old man dead from a gunshot wound to the chest. Deputies tried to revive the man but the attempts failed. The man's 47-year-old son was taken into custody and is now facing a charge of 2nd degree murder. He's being held in the Yakima County jail. The victim has been identified as Chan Razey. His son Randy Razey is facing charges.
