According to the International Dairy Foods Association ice cream sales rose 9.8% in June 2023 and even more growth is expected this year.
Every year companies say they see increased demand for ice cream when the summer heat hits.

According to the International Dairy Foods Association there's been a major change in the top four ice cream flavors in America. Association officials say chocolate chip ice cream is no longer one of America's favorites.
That's right! Chocolate is now off the top of the list replaced by...ready for it?... Cookies 'n Cream! That flavor is followed by vanilla, chocolate, and mint chocolate chip.

A survey has found 58% of your friends and neighbors bought a premium ice cream while 24% say they just purchase regular ice cream.
