From a James Beard Award-winning restaurant to a hilltop vineyard farmhouse tasting room and a luxury spa with a Temple Garden, Yakima has more ways to treat yourself to a VIP experience than you might think.

See curated gallery exhibits that exude luxury then grab a glass of wine made by students of the Vintner college at YVC Grandview, and on weekend nights hear live music. Address:  1606 W Nob Hill Blvd.

This boutique hotel is now a part of the Tapestry Collection by Hilton. There is a historic Masonic Temple that you can explore upstairs on the 6th floor. Address:  321 E Yakima Ave.

One luxury experience locals love is the Group Experiences option at this downtown Yakima luxury spa retreat that has its own Temple Garden. Address:  399 E Yakima Ave Suite 183.

#3: Shopkeeper

Find seasonal fancy home decor for yourself or family and friends. They have a space inside for you to get your gifts fancy gift wrapped, too. Address: 3105 Summitview Ave.

#2: (It's a TIE!) Crafted and Provisions

When people want to feel the lap of luxury in Yakima, these two restaurants, Provisions and Crafted, are where they go eat and drink.

The owners at Crafted are James Beard Award-winning chefs. They use regionally-sourced ingredients, their farm-to-table menus are never the same, and reservations book up fast. Address:  22 N 1st St.

Provisions Restaurant + Market has an upscale locally-focused menu and and I love going there on date nights and special occasions. IT'S A VIBE, as the kids say. Address:  2710 Terrace Heights Dr.

#1: Wilridge Vineyard Farmhouse Tasting Room

It's worth the drive up and down the hill to reach this elegant tasting room inside a little farmhouse. I highly recommend the dessert wines because they pair well with charcuterie plates. Address:  102 Wilridge Way.

I will admit, I've done only 8 out of the 10 things on this list of Yakima luxury; it's on my bucket list to try Ummalina Spa this year and to book myself a room at Hotel Maison.
