Davis High School Broke 20-Year Record on Graduating Class Students
It is a busy week for seniors graduating from Yakima schools and Yakima School District Spokesperson Mary Beth Wright says a record number of kids are graduating from Davis High School this year.
A record 354 students received diplomas during ceremonies at the Yakima Valley Sundome last night. “As far back as the principal can go which is more than 20 years it is a record with 354 students graduating from Davis High School.” Eisenhower High School ceremonies are set for 7:30 p.m. tonight also in the The Yakima Valley Sundome.
Wright says all total 780 students are graduating from Yakima School District schools this week, the largest district in the county.
