Immigration Raids Protested at Courthouse

Another protest is planned today in front of the Federal Courthouse in Yakima. Some 50 people protested at the courthouse on tuesday voicing disgust at recent immigration raids in Ellensburg. He protestors carried signs and chanted during the march. They say they'll be back today at 1:30. The raids happened last Thursday at three mobile home parks in the Ellensburg area. 16 women face charges of using false documents and falsely claiming US citizenship. Another man, who's said to be a longtime local pastor has been charged with re-entry into the US.
