If the power was out for an extended period of time would you or your family be ok? Power outages in Yakima on Monday serve as a reminder that we all need at least a three day emergency supply of food and water says Jim Hall Director of the County Office of Emergency Management. Monday's outages were caused by transformer fires that left 14 hundred homes and businesses without electricity.
