Gang Shooting In Yakima Leaves One Injured

A gang related shooting in an alley in the 14 hundred block of South 7th Street has left a 25 year old man with a wound to his leg and back. He was treated at a local hospital and released. Authorities say the shooting happened at about 5:15 Monday afternoon. They say the victim and 2 others were walking down the alley when a car stopped, the driver got out and fired shots striking the 25 year old victim. The driver then left the area. The victim was taken to a Yakima hospital. No other injuries were reported. No arrests were made.
