Former Prosser Mayor Trial To Start Soon

It could be moved to a later date but the child rape and molestation trial of 50 year old Linda Lusk is set to start a week from today in Benton County Superior court. Lusk, the former Mayor of Prosser is charged with having sexual contact with a 14 year old boy and exchanging explicit text messages with the boy. She's charged third degree child molestation , third degree rape of a child and communicating with a minor for immoral purposes. Lusk has been given permission to attend 2 of her son's baseball games on the Prosser school grounds this week but must get permission to attend other games on the Prosser school grounds to prevent her from coming in contact with the victim.
