Former Prosser Mayor In Jail Guilty Of Child Molestation

Former Prosser Mayor Linda Lusk is guilty of child molestation. That's what the 50 year old woman told a judge on Friday. Lusk pleading guilty to third degree child molestation, a felony for inappropriately touching a 14 year old boy at her Prosser home earlier this year. Her sentencing is set for July 8th. As a result of the plea agreement Lusk will be required to register as a sex offender and 3 months in jail. Lusks' plea avoids a trial that no doubt would have drawn major attention in the State and possibly Nationwide. Lusk was booked into the benton county jail on Friday.
